Returns:
Free returns and exchanges within Australia. You may return any purchased item including sale items.

Terms and conditions of returning items:
All items must be in a new and unused condition with all the tags still attached. ( you can try the item on but it must be ‘unworn’, we will not accept the return of item(s) that is considered used. In such circumstances the item(s) will be returned to you and you will be charged any additional costs ).

You must Notify us of your intention to return or exchange the item(s) within 7 days from delivery date. When items are being exchanged we will send the new item free of any additional carriage charges.

If you would like to return or exchange an item please send us email and we will have a pre addressed, pre paid post satchel mailed to you.

Please note that in the case of a refund, we will refund your purchase ASAP but please allow up to 10 days during peak periods.
